Crafted from a seamless brass alloy tube. Inspired by the original Matchstick Bottle ® by JPD and plastic survival match tubes. The Brass Matchstick Bottle is 1.25 in diameter which allows for storing a large surplus of matches. The bottom is textured with concentric circles to strike matches. This product is antimicrobial and naturally germicidal due to the alloy of copper and zinc in the brass and what is called the Oligodynamic effect.

Oligodynamic effect definition:

Where the metal ions, are toxic to living cells and micro-organisms. The metal ions of silver and copper and copper alloys interfere with their metabolism. Brass is cleared of surface contaminants every 6-7 hours.
